REPORTING: This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President Chief Risk Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the management, administration and execution of credit policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for commercial credit and consumer credit. Executes business strategies to drive growth, credit quality and establish processes to deliver successful business objectives and profitability. Interface with dealer bodies and National Dealer Council and related agencies to manage client relationship related to dealer commercial products including wholesale/floor-plan, capital loans and real estate financing. Responsible for leading the Operations Centers lending activities, including but not limited to loan/application processing, retail and wholesale credit underwriting and contract funding. Work closely with other departments to ensure that departmental performance levels relevant to company objectives are measured, improved and adjusted and that the objectives are attained.

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of all commercial and consumer credit programs. Executes and operationalize strategies to ensure market penetration, increase competitive position and drive profitable growth.
2. Lead the execution of proper credit/loan underwriting and funding business processes to drive operational excellence. Implement a continuous loan quality improvement discipline around the processes, regulatory compliance in support of Company objectives. Lead the execution and adherence of credit policies and procedures for new product underwriting and approval.
3. Manage Business Unit?s profit and loss (P&L) statement to achieve target sales penetration, strategic objectives, and profitability. Partner with Sales and Marketing management team to establish and attain business objectives
4. Develop key strategies to understand key consumer needs, both existing and new, and to cultivate the relationship into a long-term successful business partnership with dealer bodies.
5. Provide guidance and partnership with leaders across the Company on spectrum of credit issues or credit reporting such as non-performing loans, credit costs etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: ? In depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit and risk principles in consumer and commercial lending arenas
? Strong leader with ability to develop individuals and team. Practical application of a broad-based vision to drive results. Thinks globally and applies strategy across the organization
? Operate effectively in a matrix environment
? Broad thinker with ability to drive execution, achieve results and influence effectively
? High level of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with Senior Management and deliver results in a dynamic rapid pace environment
? Superior research, analytical, organizational, and time/project management skills. Possess an ability to understand complex transactions
? Leads change through process improvements and can conceptualize new methods for practical application as it applies to the customer experience
EDUCATION: ? Bachelor?s degree required and Master?s degree preferred
? 15+ years combined experience in leadership roles in consumer lending, credit analysis, and structured finance, commercial lending business including Asset-Backed Finance (Securitization) as well as underwriting structured transactions
? 8+ years of Auto Finance industry experiences required. Captive auto finance experiences is plus
? Proven experience in large scale underwriting environment for both retail and wholesale credit
? Experience with leading remote loan operations service centers
COMPENSATION: A competitive base salary is offered with this position and a bonus targeted at 35%. The bonus can go higher based both on individual and company performance. Full employee benefits and full relocation benefits are provided including participation in their vehicle program.
