Ohio: Close race between Santorum, Romney

WASHINGTON (AP) ? Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney are in a tight race to win the Republican presidential primary in Ohio.

With 36 percent of Ohio's precincts reporting, Santorum has 39 percent and Romney has 36 percent. Santorum has also won Tennessee and Oklahoma, while Romney has won primaries in Massachusetts, Vermont and Virginia as voters went to the polls in 10 states.

Newt Gingrich has won in his home state of Georgia.
