Sony Launches Vaio Laptops

Sony has announced updates to its E Series and C Series Vaio laptops.

Sony has added four colors- midnight blue, glacier white, charcoal black and blush pink- to its 14-inch and 15.5-inch notebooks, with its 17.3 inch model now available in charcoal black and glacier white. The C series, meanwhile, has added Neon Red and Thunder Blue as colors, with 14- and 15.5-inch versions also now available.

?The VAIO brand stands for excellent quality and standout design,? Mike Lucas, senior vice president of Networked Technology and Services Division at Sony Electronics, said in a statement. ?The new E Series delivers both, plus entertainment and connectivity options, at a price the everyday user can afford.?

The E Series starting at $550, while the C Series is available starting at $730 and all are available for preorder starting June 19. They are available at ABT Electronics, B&H Photo, Fry?s Electronics, J&R Electronics, MicroCenter, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Sony Stores.
