The only thing that I find weird is that you allow your animals to roam. I?m curious what happened to the last three animals.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets ? for everything that happens to them, and everything that they do.
Cats are not native to this environment. What they do in a non-native environment is not "natural". In Australia many native species are facing extinction due to feral and loose domestic housecats. The impact of their destruction is massive ? yet cat owners continue to ignore it, despite clear warnings.

If you think that having your animal bring home dead wildlife is "cute", you need to educate yourself. Cats are an invasive species which must be controlled. There is only one way. Domestic cats must be kept indoors, or enclosed/supervised while outside. 99.9% should be spayed or neutered. One unaltered female and her offspring can create 420,000 cats in only 7 years.
People who allow their cats to roam don?t care about the environment. And, they don?t care about their neighbors, who have to deal with cats using their gardens and childrens? sandboxes as a litter pan. Neighbors don?t appreciate your cats stalking the birds that they feed.
People who allow pets to roam, don?t care about their animals, either. Being outdoors is dangerous for cats. They are struck by vehicles, attacked by animals or humans, poisoned, trapped, lost, stolen, and exposed to parasites and incurable disease.
People who let their animals roam are imo, selfish and lazy. Absolutely no consideration for the animals, their neighbors, or the environment.
If you want a pet, you should be responsible for it, in every aspect.
